It is possible to claim systemic blockade in Afghanistan, as a nationwide suspension of internet access and phone lines in the country. It is the same case with women in the country, as they are to be left in dire straits because of the halt in international assistance. Unfortunately, it designates a severe reality over them as biological creatures, as human females are the female version of human males. In other words, human males are the male version of human females, it is said. It is not related to the fact of being a female alongside everybody as inborn in the mother’s womb. Thus, this exemplification in Afghanistan might be recognized as an interactive self-deprecating national attitude by both men and women. It can not be blamed on the incapacity of women in the country, superstitiously. This pathological state should be called "the end of the system" as well as "the happiness of the system in the end." By the way, does this substantial national isolation in Afghanistan rely on what factor from the outer zone? It is too understanding to recognize it as pressure from other countries, and the Afghan citizens are not to be taken seriously for their own purposes. "For human rights" or "against terrorism" declares the assignment of sanctions to the country, but it is hoped for not "the end of the system" but "systemic transformation." However, if there is abandonment, the system is too transformative to shut down as simply. As it is released, particularly from the world, it becomes dying. The reason why the system is capable of regenerating is rejection by the outer, which refuses to connect to the system and exterminate it. （アフガニスタンにおける近日のインターネット回線全面遮断や電話遮断で鑑みると、これについて制度的封鎖と言う事が可能だろう。国外からの援助の停止で困窮するのは同国の女性も同じ。残念ながら、それはヒトのメスがヒトのオスのメスバージョンでしかないという、生態における人の残酷な現実を示している。逆に云えば、ヒトのオスはヒトのメスのオスバージョンであるという事。母親の胎内で、ヒトは先天的には皆メスであるという概ねの事実はこれとは関係が無い。ともかく、アフガニスタンでの例は、男性と女性に拠る相互的な国家的自虐であると考えられるだろう。同国の女性の無力さに罪業が在る訳では無いが、残念ながら。この病理は、「制度の死」というか、「死ねたら幸せだよね、制度」っていうね。ところで、この実質上のアフガニスタンの鎖国が、（同国における）何らかの外部的な要因に基づくものだとしたら？（同国における）国外的圧力と云うと語弊が在るが、彼らもあくまで本意にてそう在るのでは無いという。国際社会は「人権の為」「テロ防止の為」という名目で制裁を課しているが、それは「制度の死」を望んでいる訳ではなく、「制度の変容」を期待している。しかし、その期待が制度の内側に届かない場合、制度は変容出来ないまま閉鎖される。つまり、制度は殺されずに放置される事で、死ねないまま生き続ける。制度が死ねないのは、外部が殺す事も接続する事も拒否しているから。これは、制度が「関係性の場」ではなく、「関係性の断絶の場」として存在することを意味する。そして、その断絶は、制度の内側に居る人々特に女性にとって、生きる事が制度の延命措置に為るという残酷な構造を生み出す。）
