The United States Congress is not going to reopen as controlled. If this situation continues, President Trump will alter the social system, which enables him to execute the operation with executive authority. The Trump administration looks to be prepared for this alteration. Not only substantially but also nominally, this issue explains the making of the U.S. into a socialist state. In other words, there may be an Americanized Russian country. However, there is a destabilization of the political identification of the U.S., but there is no destabilization of the ethnic identification of U.S. citizens. The world is not the representation of the U.S., and the U.S. is the representation of the world. The U.S. is a historical figure of that configuration. Of course, a war would have been taking place in another paradigm, but it does not take place because of the development of the social system and technological innovation. By the way, the socialization of superpowers must be paradoxically recognized alongside them. This socialization means the transformation of governmental techniques, not ideology. Now, modernized socialism in China is not referred to, and the U.S.-styled socialization is prepared. There, the deepening of governance is so effective as long as it is disguised as liberalism.
