There is stagnation in real wages inside Japan. Of course, unless wages increase as much as prices do, households will struggle to maintain their living standards, and the problem is whether the money that an individual receives satisfies each individual's demand for currency or not. If there is no ability to reincarnate his demand at corporate activities, the company intends to release human resources. In this context, at present, it prefers high liquidity of human resources in the labor market, and the succession of companies collapsing due to a lack of humans is the reason why it is pleasing to bureaucrats. （日本国内における実質賃金の伸び悩みについて。要するに、単純に物価がする分賃金が上昇しなければ生活は追い付かない訳で、個人が受け取る賃金が当該個人のカレンシー需要を満たすか否かという事である。これを満たす能力を持たない企業は、人材の流出を招く。その意味で、少なくとも現行では、労働市場における人材の流動性は高い方が好ましく、人手不足に拠って倒産する企業の続出はお上にとって得てしたりという訳である。逆に云えば、賃金を上げる能力や賃金を上げる意志のそもそも無い企業の存在で鑑みて、現象的に自然淘汰は起こるという訳である。これは、反社会主義を旨とするアメリカ追従とも取れるが、そもそも社会制度の進展や技術革新の高速度を否定する人々の存在で鑑みて、現実を無視する事は出来ないという事であり、人々自身がそれを望み行っているという事である。経済現象は陰謀論では説明出来ない。「求めよ、されば与えられん」。）
