As long as the semi-public space exists, the issue, which recognizes the social dynamics of occupation, is going to take place. Some people are going to perform the guardians or sentinels of moral order there. While they are obliged by moral order or recognition, they are not capable of telling a lie "out of order." In other words, they do not have a language except for performance, and because they try to occupy non-linguistically or symbolically like that, their violence is paradoxically obvious. On the other hand, a policeman or mafia, for instance, is the director of order and manipulates the violence "out of order." They do not "tell." That people are only capable of "telling a lie."
