（病識という事について。患者として医療現場へ参画するに当たり病気を専心して治す意志の無い者に対して、医師の先生方や看護師さん達をはじめとする医療従事者の人達も治療行為を施す事は嫌だと思うのですよね。それは、例えば特には非ハラスメント的な態度を示す事とかでは無くて、自分で出来る事位は自分でやれ的な、ね。彼ら彼女らだって人ですから、その辺は上手く立ち回らないと、積極的な医療行為を希求する事はおこがましいという事に為ってしまうと思うのです。病識の有る無しも、やはり現実問題として、医学的定義という事ですから、その治療してもらう側としての広義の意味での謙虚さというのは必要でしょう。インフォームドコンセント、人の自由意志、そういうものを否認するのであれば、最初から当該医療と関わるなという事です。）
