It is predicted as an invitation for Russian President Putin to the U.S.A., the G20 summit held in Miami, according to the media. While the U.S. Trump administration determines it with the circumstances around President Vladimir Putin and Russia, the ICC can not take him for granted. The ICC is not obviously possessed by their "facial problem," but there is the situation of the U.S.A. as a non-member state of the ICC, and they are not able to arrest President Vladimir Putin due to the parliamentary immunity from arrest for participating leaders at the international conference. Even though the U.S.A. is going to participate in the ICC warrant against Russia's war crime, the U.S.A. is not capable of losing their position as the head of Westernized Civilization, at least, in a politically diplomatic issue. The outline of the nation of the U.S.A. as a sovereign state is obvious, or it should be declined as an ambiguous issue. The opposite is true, in Japan. The Japanese Imperial System fundamentally makes sense, as the outline of the nation of Japan, needless to say, and it is not only with the perspective of the culturally anthropological method but also with the perspective of politically diplomatic dialogues. The Imperial System stands for the Japanese Nation, and that internal existentiality paradoxically figures out the Japanese Nation into the culturally anthropological method, by the way. The opposite is true, in the U.S.A., and they owe the international sociality being external. Both our internality and their externality had remained of the phenomenon as the catastrophe caused by two atomic bombs. If we ignore sociality by the externality of the U.S.A. and condemn or criticize them as far as we can tell it as a historical stain, our Japanese sociality is going to be unambiguous. This makes the world homogenized as well as its bias.
